Dinner, Drinks, Silent Auction, and a fun evening honoring The B.J. Price Dream Maker Award recipient Dr. Ray Pais of the Hematology/Oncology Department at East Tennessee Children's Hospital.
B.J. Price founded The Dream Connection in 1985 after hearing about a little girl with cancer at Children’s Hospital that wanted to visit her grandmother in California one last time. Now 37 years and 1065 dreams later, The Dream Connection is going strong.
The B.J. Price Dream Maker Award will be awarded to Dr. Ray Pais of the Hematology/Oncology Department at Children's Hospital. Dr. Ray Pais recently retired after a long career of caring for children with cancer. His compassion, patience, and wisdom is legendary to those he cared for and those who worked with him. Dr. Pais has always supported The Dream Connection as the only local all-volunteer wish-granting organization to brighten the lives of his patients and their families.
